Calling all Barristers on Circuit!

Would you like to encourage undergraduates in your area to undertake a career at the Bar?

Can you offer advice and assistance to BVC students in your area?

The Inner Temple is seeking volunteers on Circuit to help with the following activities:

Talks to undergraduates on "A Career at the Bar" - we frequently receive requests from Universities for a barrister to talk to undergraduates about life at the Bar and would like to set up a database of volunteers who would be willing to undertake this role.

Inner Temple Sponsorship Scheme - this involves giving advice to BVC students on pupillage applications, dining with them and taking them to court with you. Volunteers for this Scheme must be at least 5 years Call.

Inner Temple Mock Interview Scheme - this involves giving a mock interview to a BVC student prior to his or her pupillage interview.

We are particularly seeking volunteers from outside of London.
